ORDER

On January 21, 2009, CMC & Maintenance, Inc. filed a notice of appeal in connection with a dispute under contract number GS-06F-0106S, for facilities support services for General Services Administration buildings in Augusta, Statesboro, and Dublin, Georgia. On October 19, 2009, the parties filed a joint motion for voluntary dismissal with prejudice stating that the appeal had been settled.

Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
