                           ORDER

  On February 2, 2007, appellant advised the Board that the parties have settled this
matter and moved to withdraw this appeal without prejudice.  Without objection, the stay of
proceedings ordered on January 31, 2007, is lifted and this appeal is DISMISSED
WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  This dismissal becomes with prejudice on August 10, 2007,
unless a request is received at the Board before the date to delay such a conversion.
