BORWICK, Board Judge.

     This appeal involves a claim for $67,036.31, plus interest, for the cost of mechanical
repairs allegedly owed by respondent to appellant under lease GS-04B-33044.  The parties
have moved that the Board enter a stipulated award for $33,500, inclusive and in full
satisfaction of any applicable costs, attorney fees, and interest relating to the claims in dispute
in CBCA 467. 

     The parties state that they will not seek reconsideration of, or relief from, the Board's
decision, and they will not appeal the decision.  The motion of the parties is granted. 

                             Decision

     Pursuant to the motion of the parties, the Board GRANTS the appeal IN PART. 
Appellant is awarded $33,500 inclusive of attorney fees, interest and all other applicable
costs.
