                              ORDER

     On January 16, 2007, Khotol Service Corporation submitted a notice of appeal
concerning a dispute over $363.50 involving an outstanding invoice under its contract,
DTCG84-01-C-AA8001, with the United States Coast Guard.  The next day, the contractor
notified the Board that this matter has been effectively resolved; it requests a dismissal
without prejudice.  With a submission dated February 2, 2007, the Government concurs with
the requested dismissal.  Pursuant to the request of the parties, this matter is DISMISSED
WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  The dismissal becomes with prejudice on August 6, 2007,
unless a request is received at the Board before that date to delay such a conversion.
