ORDER
On
July 6, 2005, the Catawba Indian Nation appealed the final decision of a
Department of the Interior contracting officer with respect to repayment of all
funds advanced under Public Law 93-638 for contract numbers GTS50T03201,
GTS50T03202, and CTS50T03203 through CTS50T03216 to provide services and
assistance for the Catawba Indian Nation members. On February 13, 2008, appellant informed
the Board that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement and requested
that the appeals be dismissed.
