     Carlos J. Delgado, Kansas City, MO, Claimant.

     Shirley Lee Autry, Deputy Director, Finance Center, United States Army Corps of
Engineers, Millington, TN, appearing for Department of the Army.

HYATT, Board Judge.

     The subject claim was for additional per diem expenses incurred with respect to
official travel performed by claimant, Carlos J. Delgado, in connection with a recent
permanent change of station.  On January 18, 2007, the Army Corps of Engineers informed
claimant and the Board that, based upon information provided by Mr. Delgado in his
submission, it would recalculate his reimbursement to include the additional hours of per
diem that he had claimed.  Mr. Delgado has informed the Board that the additional per diem
approved by the agency has resolved his pending claim.

     Accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
