Santa Fe Fleet Services, Inc., d/b/a Dollar Rent a Car, asked the Board to review the Department of Agriculture=s decision to deny a claim involving a stolen rental car.

On April 2, 2009, the Board received a letter from claimant requesting dismissal of the claim. Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
