Eric E. Schultz asked the
Board to review the Department of Homeland Security=s decision to deny reimbursement of a travel expense.
On May 28, 2008, the Board
received a letter from Mr. Schultz stating the agency had reimbursed him and
requesting his claim be withdrawn.
Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
